Cutting Wheel Mounting Screw for Metal Cut-Off Saw PRO TPM2000 (14)
Cutting Wheel Mounting Screw for Metal Cut-Off Saw PRO TPM2000 (14)
Mounting screw designed for securing 14" cutting wheels on the PRO TPM2000 metal cut-off saw. This fastening element fits the wheel assembly of PRO TPM2000 machines and provides stable fixation of abrasive and cutting discs during metal cutting operations. Intended as a replacement part for maintenance or repair of the wheel retention system.
The mounting screw is made to meet the mechanical requirements of wheel fastening, offering reliable clamping and consistent alignment of the cutting disc on the spindle. Its design reduces the risk of loosening during operation and supports safe, repeatable wheel changes. Compatible with standard 14" cutting wheels used on the PRO TPM2000 saw.
Ensure the saw is powered off and disconnected from the power source before performing any work on the wheel assembly. Remove the existing wheel and any retaining hardware according to the machine manual, position the new cutting wheel and mounting screw on the spindle, and tighten to the manufacturer's recommended torque. After installation, check the wheel for correct alignment and secure seating before resuming operation.
Inspect the mounting screw and wheel assembly regularly for signs of wear, damage, or loosening. Use the screw only with 14" cutting discs specified for the PRO TPM2000 and follow the saw manufacturer's instructions for torque values and safety procedures.
