19" 1U DIN Slide ProBase CO-DIN-1U-2 Black for automatic switches
ProBase 19" 1U DIN Slide CO-DIN-1U-2 in black is a compact rack accessory engineered to mount DIN-rail automatic switches and similar modular devices within a standard 19"/482.6 mm enclosure. The 1U height preserves rack space while the sliding mechanism enables easy access to mounted equipment for wiring, inspection and maintenance without removing the entire unit from the cabinet.
The sliding DIN rail provides a stable mounting platform that reduces installation time and improves serviceability. Its 1U form factor is optimized for dense rack layouts, helping to maximize usable space in server rooms, telecommunications racks and industrial control cabinets. Constructed for secure fastening in 19" racks, the slide supports repeatable insertion and extraction of DIN-mounted breakers and automatic switches while maintaining electrical and mechanical integrity.
Install the ProBase 1U DIN slide into the designated 19" rack unit position using the rack's standard mounting points. Secure the slide assembly and mount the DIN-rail devices to the slide according to the device manufacturer instructions. Use the sliding function to pull the mounted devices out for wiring, inspection or replacement; push back fully to restore normal rack alignment. Ensure all electrical work is performed with power isolated and in accordance with local safety regulations.
For safe and long-lasting operation, verify compatibility of the automatic switches with the DIN-rail dimensions and weight limits of the slide. Use appropriate fastening hardware and observe clearance requirements for ventilation and cable routing. Periodically check slide movement and mounting fasteners to maintain secure attachment and reliable service access.
