Procab PRA711/3 is a 3-meter stereo audio cable designed to connect devices with a 3.5 mm stereo output to equipment with RCA inputs. The cable features two 3.5 mm male plugs on one end and two RCA male plugs on the other, carrying separate left and right analog audio channels. It is intended for line-level signal routing between portable players, laptops or smartphones and amplifiers, mixers or powered speakers in consumer and small-studio setups.
The cable provides a straightforward, low-complexity connection that preserves stereo separation for left and right channels. Its 3 m length offers flexibility for moderate distance setups without requiring signal boosters. Gold-plated contacts ensure consistent contact and reduced corrosion risk, while standard connector types maximize compatibility with a wide range of audio devices and equipment.
Insert the 3.5 mm male plugs into the headphone or line output of the source device, ensuring a full seating of the plug. Insert the RCA male plugs into the corresponding left (usually white) and right (usually red) inputs on the destination device. Set source and destination volumes to appropriate levels before playback. For best results, route the cable away from power cords and sources of electromagnetic interference.
Use the cable for short- to medium-distance analog connections at line level. Avoid running the cable parallel to mains power cables to reduce possible hum. When connecting mobile devices, check device volume to prevent clipping or overloading the input stage of the receiving equipment.
