How to use

Insert the LR44 battery if it is not already fitted, switch on the thermometer and select the desired temperature unit (°C or °F). Insert the stainless steel probe into the thickest part of the food or place it in the liquid to be measured. Wait for the reading to stabilise on the LCD display; the device stores the last measured temperature automatically. After use, switch off the thermometer, clean the probe with a damp cloth and store it in the silicone cover.

Usage recommendations

For accurate readings, insert the probe at least to the sensing area, avoid contact with bone or pan surfaces, and allow extra time when measuring very dense or frozen items. Clean and dry the probe after each use and replace the LR44 battery when display dimming or unreliable readings occur.
