The ProfiCook electric kettle combines a 1.7 L glass kettle with a separate 1.2 L glass teapot and an electronic base. The kettle features a cable-free design with a 360° connector, lockable hinged lid, integrated heating element and lime filter, water level indicator and evaporation/overheating protection. The base provides an electronic keep-warm function, a non-stick heating plate and a touch control panel with display. Power supply is 220–240 V, 50 Hz and the unit delivers up to approximately 2200 W.

How to use

Fill the kettle with the required amount of water up to the indicated level and place it on the base. Use the touch control panel on the base to select an automatic mode (Coffee or Tea) or set the desired temperature manually between 70 °C and 90 °C in 1 °C increments. After heating, lift the kettle from the 360° connector to pour. For brewing in the teapot, place the removable stainless steel tea filter into the teapot, add tea leaves and pour hot water from the kettle into the teapot. Use the keep-warm function on the base to maintain serving temperature.

Usage recommendations

Descale the kettle regularly according to water hardness to maintain the integrated lime filter and heating efficiency. Avoid overfilling above the maximum capacity and never operate the kettle when empty to prevent overheating. Clean the glass surfaces with a soft cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners to preserve the scratchproof glass plate and glass parts.
