How to use

Place the deep fryer on a stable, heat-resistant surface and connect to a properly rated 230 V outlet. Fill the removable stainless steel container with up to 5 litres of frying oil and close the lid. Select the desired temperature using the continuous thermostat (130 °C–190 °C) and allow the oil to heat; indicator lights show power and heating status.
