ProfiCook PC-ES-KA 1267 is a stainless-steel espresso machine designed for home use, featuring a removable 1.5 L water tank and an Italian professional pump capable of delivering up to 20 bar. The unit comes with two die-cast aluminium portafilters—one for ground coffee and one compatible with Nespresso-style capsules—plus a swiveling stainless-steel steam nozzle for milk frothing and a hot water function. An analogue temperature display and a pre-brew function support controlled extraction. Supplied accessories include filter inserts for one and two cups, a tamper, a coffee measure and a capsule adapter.
The stainless-steel housing provides durability and easy cleaning while the removable 1.5 L water tank simplifies refilling. The 20 bar professional pump ensures stable pressure for consistent extraction and crema production. Dual portafilters increase flexibility, allowing use of both ground coffee and compatible capsules. The swiveling steam nozzle and hot water function enable milk-based drinks and American-style coffee preparation, and the analogue temperature display helps monitor brewing conditions. Pre-brew improves flavour extraction for shorter shots like ristretto and standard espresso.
Fill and attach the removable 1.5 L water tank, switch the machine on and allow it to reach operating temperature as indicated by the analogue display. For ground coffee, fit the appropriate filter insert into the portafilter, dose and tamp ground coffee using the supplied tamper, then lock the portafilter into the group head and start extraction; use pre-brew if desired for improved extraction. For capsule use, insert a compatible capsule into the capsule adapter and engage the capsule portafilter. To froth milk, position the pitcher under the swiveling steam nozzle and open the steam valve to introduce steam until the desired texture is reached. Use the hot water function for Caffè Americano or other hot drinks.
Use freshly roasted, evenly ground coffee for best extraction results with the portafilter and check water hardness periodically. Clean the steam nozzle after each use and descale the machine according to manufacturer's guidelines to maintain performance and hygiene.
