Screwdriver Bit Set Proline PH1 1/4" 100 mm, 2 pcs (Pro-Line 10801)
Proline PH1 screwdriver bits in 1/4" hex shank format, length 100 mm, come in a pack of two and are intended for use with bit holders, manual drivers and cordless drivers that accept a 1/4" hex connection. These bits are sized PH1 (Phillips) and are suitable for common tasks such as furniture assembly, electrical fittings and routine maintenance where standard Phillips fastening is required. The bits are made of steel and designed for general fastening applications; compatibility with impact drivers depends on the tool manufacturer’s guidance.
These Proline PH1 bits offer a consistent tip geometry for reliable engagement with Phillips PH1 screws, reducing cam-out during normal torque ranges. The 100 mm length provides extended reach for recessed or hard-to-access screws while the 1/4" hex shank ensures secure seating in standard bit holders and quick-change chucks. Supplied as a set of two, they provide a spare or allow separate use for different drivers.
Insert the 1/4" hex shank into a compatible bit holder, manual driver or cordless driver. Align the PH1 tip with the screw head and apply steady pressure while turning the driver. For recessed screws, the 100 mm length gives extra reach; be careful to maintain alignment to avoid stripping the screw. Follow the tool manufacturer's instructions regarding torque settings and whether the bits are suitable for impact use.
Use the bits within their intended torque range and replace them if the tip shows wear or rounding. If using with impact drivers, check the tool manufacturer's compatibility guidance and consider dedicated impact-rated bits for heavy-duty impact applications.
