Screwdriver bit set Proline 10823 — 10 pcs Pozidriv PZ2, 25 mm
Screwdriver bit set Proline 10823 — 10 pcs Pozidriv PZ2, 25 mm
Proline 10823 — 10 pcs Pozidriv PZ2, 25 mm is a compact set of ten Pozidriv PZ2 screwdriver bits with a working length of 25 mm. The bits are designed for use with standard magnetic bit holders, cordless screwdrivers and drill drivers. Their PZ2 geometry matches cross-recess fasteners commonly used in carpentry, furniture assembly and general maintenance tasks, providing reliable engagement and controlled torque transfer for frequent screwdriving operations.
The set includes ten identical PZ2 bits in a compact holder, making it easy to store and transport. Each bit has a 25 mm length that balances reach and control for confined and general access areas. The Pozidriv tip geometry reduces cam-out compared with plain Phillips tips when used with matching fasteners, improving screw alignment and reducing bit wear. Compatibility with standard 1/4" hex bit holders and cordless drivers ensures broad usability across common tools.
Fit a PZ2 bit into a compatible 1/4" hex bit holder or directly into a cordless screwdriver/chuck. Align the Pozidriv tip with the cross-recess of the screw and apply steady pressure while driving at an appropriate speed and torque setting for the material. For removal, reverse the driver rotation and maintain alignment to avoid damaging the screw head or the bit. Store bits in the included compact holder to keep them organized and prevent loss.
Use the PZ2 bits with matching Pozidriv screws to minimize cam-out and wear. Select a lower torque setting and slower speed for soft woods and delicate materials; increase torque gradually for harder materials. Inspect bits regularly for tip wear and replace when rounding or damage is visible to maintain efficient engagement and prevent screw-head damage.
