Foam Applicator Proline 18022 — handheld foam gun/foam spreader, 1 pc
Foam Applicator Proline 18022 is a handheld foam gun designed for dispensing construction and assembly foam from single-cartridge cans. Supplied as one piece per pack, the tool is intended to provide controlled foam flow and precise spreading for sealing, filling gaps, insulating joints and mounting operations on construction and repair sites.
The applicator features a PTFE-coated brass head and a PTFE-coated aluminum alloy check-valve ring and ball inside the head for reliable backflow prevention and reduced foam buildup. The body, nozzle and trigger are PTFE-coated aluminum for easier cleaning and longer service life under typical jobsite conditions. A stainless steel needle with PTFE coating improves resistance to sticking and ensures consistent dispensing, while an adjustable knob allows accurate control of the foam stream and bead size.
Attach the applicator to a compatible single-cartridge foam can according to the can and gun manufacturer instructions. Ensure the nozzle and needle are clean before use. Adjust the control knob to set the desired foam flow and test on a disposable surface. Apply foam steadily, moving the gun along the joint or gap to create an even bead. After dispensing, allow foam to cure as specified by the foam manufacturer and clean the gun following recommended procedures to prevent cured foam buildup.
For reliable performance, use cartridges specified for gun application and keep the PTFE-coated parts free of cured foam by wiping and using appropriate cleaning agents shortly after use. Store the applicator dry and, if not in use for extended periods, remove the cartridge and clean the needle and nozzle to preserve the PTFE coating and ensure long-term operation.
