The Proline Tools 18695 ratchet wrench is a 1/2" square drive hand tool designed for general mechanical and maintenance tasks. It combines a medium-length ratchet head with a push-switch release and an ergonomic two-component TPR/PP handle to provide controlled torque transfer and comfortable gripping during repetitive work.
The push switch enables quick attachment and release of sockets, improving efficiency when changing sizes. The two-component handle construction offers improved grip and hand comfort while also reducing slippage under load. The 1/2" square drive is compatible with a wide range of sockets and accessories, making the wrench versatile for workshop and field use.
Select an appropriately sized socket for the fastener and push it onto the 1/2" square drive until it locks in place with the push switch. Set the ratchet direction as required and apply steady, controlled force to tighten or loosen the fastener. To change sockets, press the push switch to release the socket and replace it with another size. After use, wipe the tool clean and store it in a dry place to prevent corrosion.
