Hole saw Proline 27225, diameter 2.5 cm, 1 piece
Proline 27225 hole saw, diameter 2.5 cm, single piece. This compact diamond-cut hole saw is produced with a vacuum-soldered diamond segment and is intended for creating precise 25 mm circular holes in hard surfaces such as ceramic tiles, stone tiles and stoneware. The tool is supplied as one piece and is fitted with a shank featuring an M14 thread for direct mounting on angle grinders. For use with combi drills, an adapter with a centering drill is available for hole saws from 20 mm diameter upwards.
The vacuum-soldered diamond edge provides long service life and consistent cutting performance on hard brittle materials. The M14 threaded shank allows secure and direct installation on compatible angle grinders without additional adapters, while compatibility with a centering drill adapter enables use on combi drills when required. The small 25 mm diameter supports precision drilling for installations and repair work.
Secure the hole saw to a compatible drive using the M14 thread or an appropriate adapter and, if using a combi drill, install the centering drill adapter designed for hole saws from 20 mm. Position the tool at the drill point, apply steady pressure and start the drive at an appropriate speed for the material. Maintain control of the tool throughout the cut to ensure a clean, round hole. Follow the drive manufacturer’s instructions for safe operation of angle grinders and drills.
Drilling should be performed dry as specified; avoid coolant or continuous water flow. Use steady, moderate pressure and allow the diamond segment to cut without forcing. For best results on tiles, begin at a low speed to establish the cutting line, then increase speed as appropriate. Wear suitable eye, hand and respiratory protection and ensure the workpiece is securely supported.
