Masking tape Proline 41134 — 1 roll, general-purpose painter's tape
Proline 41134 masking tape is a general-purpose painter's tape supplied as a single roll for indoor masking, surface protection and temporary fixing tasks. The tape is made from yellow crepe paper and designed for easy application and tearing by hand, offering a balance of adhesion and clean removability suitable for painting and decorating work at home, in workshops or on professional jobs.
The tape combines a paper backing with a pressure-sensitive adhesive that adheres well to painted surfaces yet removes cleanly without leaving significant residue when used as intended. Its flexibility allows it to conform to uneven surfaces and corners, and the roll format with a 35 m length provides a long continuous supply for medium-sized projects. The hand-tearable construction eliminates the need for cutting tools during rapid masking tasks.
Clean and dry the surface before applying the tape to ensure optimal adhesion and clean removal. Measure and cut or tear the required length of tape, press firmly along the edge to create a seal against paint bleed, and apply continuously along edges or surfaces to be protected. After painting, allow the finish to dry to the recommended tack-free state and remove the tape slowly at a low angle to minimise peeling of the fresh paint.
For best results, use the tape on clean, dust-free indoor surfaces and avoid prolonged exposure to high humidity or direct heat. Remove the tape within a few days after painting to prevent adhesive transfer; on delicate finishes test a small hidden area first.
