Proline 49084 is a manual sanding supply consisting of an abrasive paper roll 200 mm wide and 5000 mm long, supplied as a single piece. How to use

Measure and cut the required length from the 200 mm roll using appropriate shears or a utility knife. Attach the cut piece to a sanding block or hold by hand, keeping even pressure and moving along the grain or across the surface as appropriate for the material. For metalwork, start with a coarser grit and progress to finer grits for finishing; for wood and painted surfaces, test on a small area to confirm compatibility and desired surface appearance. Replace the abrasive when it becomes clogged or worn to maintain consistent performance.

Usage recommendations

Use light, even pressure and frequent inspection of the abrasive surface to prevent glazing or loading.
