Flooring spacer Proline 61322 — 1 pc for floor installation gaps
Flooring spacer Proline 61322 — 1 pc for floor installation gaps
Proline 61322 — 1 pc flooring spacer is a single-piece plastic spacer created to maintain consistent installation and expansion gaps during the laying of laminate, hardwood and engineered floors. Supplied as one spacer per pack, it is designed to support even joint width, straight alignment of panels or planks, and to simplify the measurement of end and wall clearances needed for correct floor installation.
The spacer is manufactured from high-quality plastic with small dimensional tolerance to provide reliable, repeatable gap control on each installation. Produced in a closed-loop system from recycled materials, the spacer combines dimensional stability with an environmentally conscious production method. Its single-piece design and compact form factor allow quick placement and repositioning without special tools, and a content tolerance of +/- 2% ensures consistency across packs.
Place the spacer between the last laid panel or plank and the wall (or next panel) at the locations where expansion and installation gaps are required. Use multiple spacers along the wall or between boards to ensure even spacing and straight alignment across the entire installation. Remove the spacers after the flooring is fixed and before installing baseboards or skirting; store the spacer for reuse or dispose of it according to local recycling guidelines.
For optimal results, use several spacers along each wall and at panel ends to maintain uniform gaps. Verify recommended expansion gap dimensions for your specific flooring material and local climate conditions before installation. After removing spacers, inspect joint consistency and adjust placement on the next run if needed.
