Circular saw blade Proline 84506 — 50 cm diameter, 30 mm bore, 1 pc
Proline 84506 is a circular saw blade with a 500 mm diameter and a 30 mm bore, supplied as a single unit. The blade is manufactured with sintered carbide teeth and a quenched and tempered steel disc, intended for installation on circular saws or table saws that accept a 30 mm arbor. It is suitable for cutting tasks that require a large-diameter blade for ripping and crosscutting of compatible materials.
The sintered carbide cutting edges provide long-lasting sharpness and wear resistance while the quenched and tempered disc increases rigidity and resistance to deformation under load. The large 500 mm diameter allows deeper cuts and higher feed rates on appropriate machines, and the single-piece supply simplifies replacement and project planning. A diameter-reducing ring is provided when needed for installation on machines with smaller arbor openings up to 250 mm.
Ensure the saw and machine guard are disconnected from power before fitting the blade. Mount the blade onto the 30 mm arbor following the saw manufacturer's instructions, using any supplied or required reducing ring for compatibility with smaller installation openings. Check blade rotation direction and secure the blade firmly with the appropriate flange and nut. Set cutting speed and feed rate according to material type and blade diameter, and perform a test cut on scrap material to confirm settings and alignment.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment, verify machine compatibility with a 500 mm blade, and maintain recommended RPM limits for the blade diameter. Regularly inspect carbide tips for damage and replace the blade if teeth are chipped or the disc shows deformation. For consistent results, use sharp blades for crosscutting and ripping operations and follow manufacturer guidance for blade maintenance.
