Socket wrench Proline 1/2" 12-point 19 mm model 9052853
Proline 1/2" 12-point 19 mm socket wrench (model 9052853) is a hand tool for tightening and loosening hex fasteners. Made from chrome-vanadium steel and heat-treated to specific hardening and tempering parameters, the socket delivers the hardness and durability required for workshop and maintenance use. The 12-point design enables multiple engagement positions and easier work in confined angles when used with 1/2" drive ratchets and handles.
The socket is manufactured from chrome-vanadium steel and undergoes precise hardening and tempering to ensure appropriate hardness and resistance to wear. Its strength properties exceed the DIN 3124 and PN‑ISO 1711 standards. Edges between the working faces are specially profiled with the PRO-DRIVE system to reduce point loading and to protect screw heads and flat edges from excessive wear.
Attach the socket to a compatible 1/2" drive ratchet or handle. Place the 12-point socket over the hex fastener and apply torque using smooth, controlled movements. The 12-point configuration allows re-engagement at smaller swivel angles; avoid applying sudden impacts unless the tool and fastener are rated for impact use.
Inspect the socket regularly for wear or rounding of faces. Use appropriate torque settings for fasteners to avoid damage. Store in a dry place and clean after use to maintain the chrome-vanadium finish and prolong service life.
