Jigsaw / Scroll Saw / Reciprocating Saw Blade Proline 93150F — 1 pc
Proline 93150F is a single replacement blade designed for use with jigsaws, scroll saws and compatible reciprocating saws. Made in Germany from a combination of flexible carbon or chromium‑vanadium steel reinforced with high speed steel (HSS) at the cutting edge, this universal saw blade is intended for cutting steel, stainless steel and non‑ferrous metals. Supplied as one piece per pack, it fits common machine blade holders when the blade geometry and mounting style are compatible.
The blade construction combines flexibility and edge hardness to balance resistance to breakage with prolonged cutting performance. HSS reinforcement at the cutting edge improves wear resistance when working with metal, while the flexible body reduces the risk of premature fracture under oscillating motion. The universal tooth geometry supports use across a range of metal thicknesses and applications, giving consistent, controlled cuts in many common metalworking tasks.
Check that the blade shank and mounting style match your jigsaw, scroll saw or reciprocating saw before installation. Fit the blade according to the machine manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring correct orientation so the teeth face the workpiece as required. Secure the blade firmly in the holder and confirm proper alignment. When cutting metal, use a suitable cutting speed, steady feed rate and, where appropriate, a coolant or cutting lubricant to extend blade life and improve cut quality. Replace the blade when cutting performance or tooth condition deteriorates.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment, clamp the workpiece securely, and select blade speeds and lubrication suitable for the metal being cut. For the best balance of life and cut quality, avoid forcing the blade and allow it to cut at its designed feed rate.
