Masking tape Proline 41321 — 1 pc, general-purpose painter’s tape
Proline 41321 — masking tape with integrated HDPE foil supplied as a single-piece pack. This general-purpose painter’s tape is designed for surface protection and creating clean paint lines during interior and light exterior painting, spraying and renovation tasks. The product combines a 20 mm wide adhesive tape with a mechanically strong protective foil that adheres to smooth or slightly rough surfaces and provides temporary coverage from paint, varnish and splatter.
The integrated masking foil simplifies preparation by covering larger areas in a single step while the 20 mm tape provides precise edge definition. The HDPE foil has high mechanical strength and resistance to common paint types, reducing the risk of tearing or paint penetration. Electrostatic properties of the foil improve adhesion to protected surfaces, and the tape removes cleanly after use without leaving significant residue when applied to appropriate surfaces.
Clean and dry the surface before application to ensure good adhesion. Unroll the integrated foil and apply the 20 mm tape along the desired edge, pressing the adhesive tape firmly to form a straight seam. Extend the protective foil to cover adjacent areas, smoothing out wrinkles to maintain continuous coverage. Perform painting, spraying or varnishing as required. After the coating has dried sufficiently according to the paint manufacturer’s instructions, remove the tape and foil slowly at a shallow angle to minimize any edge disturbance.
Use on clean, dry surfaces for best results; avoid prolonged outdoor exposure to direct sunlight or heavy moisture to prevent adhesive degradation. For delicate substrates, test a small area first to confirm clean removal. Follow paint drying times before removing the tape to ensure crisp paint lines.
