MicroClick torque screwdriver MC 5 is a precision manual torque tool with a 1–5 N·m range, designed for controlled tightening in assembly and maintenance tasks. The straight handle and compact 165 mm length provide comfortable handling while the 1/4" (6.3 mm) square drive accepts sockets and standard 1/4" bits held by a self-locking adapter with spring sleeve.

Advantages

The screwdriver provides an audible and tactile automatic quick-release click when the preset torque is reached, reducing the risk of over-tightening. Torque is pre-set by turning the knurled ring at the end of the handle and fixing it by sliding the ring into position. A clearly legible scale with an additional micro scale enables fine adjustment (one full rotation = 1 N·m) and the scale ring features 0.10 N·m graduation. Accuracy is ±6%.

How to use

Tighten the fastener until you hear and feel the clear click indicating the preset torque has been reached, then stop applying force to avoid exceeding the set value.
