How to use

Mount the bench shear on a stable surface and connect it to a suitable AC power supply following local electrical standards. Position the workpiece on the table and adjust the fence and tilting table to the required angle, up to 45° for mitre cuts. Secure the material with the integrated clamp, ensuring the clamp jaws contact the workpiece firmly. Select an appropriate ceramic cutting disc for the material to be cut and install it according to the manufacturer’s guidelines. Start the machine and feed the workpiece steadily into the cutting path, keeping hands clear of the disc. After cutting, switch off the power and allow the disc to stop completely before removing the workpiece or changing discs.

Usage recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety goggles and hearing protection. For accurate results, clamp thin or small parts tightly and make several light passes if necessary rather than forcing the cut.
