Hot Air Gun Proxxon 27 130 180 l/min 550 °C 500 W Black Green Yellow
The Proxxon 27 130 hot air gun is a compact, lightweight tool designed for controlled heating tasks. It provides adjustable air flow and temperature in two stages, producing an airflow of approximately 180 l/min and temperatures up to 550 °C. The housing is made of glass-fibre reinforced polyamide with soft grip components and a footprint for stationary use. A built-in thermostat protects against overheating. Main and spare nozzles are made of rust-proof steel.
The unit delivers a consistent temperature across two power stages and a high air flow for efficient heat transfer. Its glass-fibre reinforced polyamide housing with soft grip elements improves handling and durability while the footprint allows stable stationary operation. The integrated thermostat provides safety against overheating, and supplied stainless steel nozzles resist corrosion.
Select the appropriate power stage to reach the needed temperature and direct the airflow at the workpiece from a safe distance, moving the nozzle steadily to avoid overheating a single spot. Use the supplied nozzles to focus or broaden the air stream as required. Allow surfaces and components to cool before handling. For stationary tasks, set the tool on its footprint with the nozzle pointed away from flammable materials.
Use personal protective equipment (heat-resistant gloves, eye protection) and work in a well-ventilated area. Avoid applying the hot air gun near flammable liquids or gases. Test on a small area when removing paints or films to determine the correct distance and temperature setting. Do not block air intake or exhaust and store the tool only after it has fully cooled.
