The PureLink PI6000-010 is a 1.00 m passive USB-C to USB-C cable that supports USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 (20 Gbps) and is compatible with USB4 Gen2x2 at 20 Gbps. The cable includes nickel-plated USB-C connectors with gold-plated precision contacts, high-purity copper conductors with triple shielding, and an integrated E-Marker chipset. It supports USB Power Delivery up to 5 A / 20 V (100 W) and, without PD, charging at up to 3 A / 5 V (15 W). The cable also supports DisplayPort Alt Mode for AV transmission up to 8K (UltraHD-2) at 30 Hz, as well as simultaneous transfer of data, power and control signals over a single connection.

How to use

Connect one USB-C end to the host device (laptop, PC, docking station) and the other USB-C end to the target device (external drive, monitor, tablet or smartphone). When both devices support USB Power Delivery the cable negotiates charging up to 5 A / 20 V; otherwise charging is limited to standard USB charging rates. For AV output use a source and display that support DisplayPort Alt Mode. Data transfer and AV signals may be limited to lower rates depending on the devices and selected Alt Mode configuration.
