Qoltec 51632 Thermal Paste High Conductivity is a thermally conductive compound designed to improve heat transfer between processors, GPUs and heatsinks. The paste fills microscopic gaps and uneven surfaces between the chip and cooling base, enhancing thermal contact while maintaining electrical insulation. It is formulated for easy application and long-term stability without frequent replacement.
This thermal paste combines high thermal conductivity with electrical insulation, ensuring efficient heat dissipation without risking short circuits. It spreads easily to fill micro-gaps, provides durable performance over time, and is suitable for repeated application when maintenance is required.
Clean both surfaces (processor and heatsink) from old thermal paste and debris using isopropyl alcohol and a lint-free cloth. Apply a small, pea-sized amount of Qoltec 51632 on the centre of the chip or follow the manufacturer’s recommended pattern. Mount the heatsink evenly and secure it to spread the paste and create a thin, continuous thermal interface layer. Remove and reapply the paste during maintenance or if thermal performance degrades.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use gloves or clean hands to avoid contaminating the compound. Allow the paste to settle after mounting before stressing the system; check temperatures after initial operation to confirm correct application.
