The QOLTEC LiFePO4 Battery with BMS, LCD and Bluetooth 12.8V 70Ah (model LXLFP70) is a rechargeable lithium iron phosphate battery designed for 12.8V systems requiring reliable energy storage. The battery integrates a battery management system (BMS) for cell protection and balancing, an LCD panel for local status readout and parameters, and Bluetooth connectivity for remote monitoring and configuration. It is intended as a durable 12.8V 70Ah power source for backup, solar energy storage, mobile and off-grid applications.
The integrated BMS safeguards against overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent and cell imbalance, extending usable life and ensuring safe operation. The built-in LCD displays state of charge, voltage, current and error indications for quick local diagnostics. Bluetooth functionality enables remote monitoring of key parameters and history via a compatible app, allowing easier system integration and maintenance. Compared with lead‑acid alternatives, LiFePO4 chemistry provides higher cycle life, consistent voltage under load and lower self‑discharge.
Install the battery in a dry, well‑ventilated location and secure it to prevent movement. Connect to a compatible 12.8V system following polarity markings and use appropriately rated cables and fuses between the battery and loads or chargers. Configure or monitor the battery via the LCD for immediate status information or use the Bluetooth connection with the manufacturer’s app to check state of charge, voltage, charge/discharge current and logged events. Charge with a charger or solar charge controller configured for LiFePO4 profiles to ensure correct charge termination and cell balancing.
For long service life, avoid deep discharges below recommended limits and use a charger or system settings that match LiFePO4 charging parameters. Maintain ambient temperatures within the battery’s specified operating range and ensure wiring and fuses are sized for peak currents. Regularly check the LCD or Bluetooth app for alerts and state of charge to plan charging and avoid prolonged storage at high or very low states of charge.
