Roofing Sealant Quantec UDE-310-CZ cartridge 310 ml black
Roofing Sealant Quantec UDE-310-CZ cartridge 310 ml black
Quantec UDE-310-CZ roofing sealant in a 310 ml cartridge is formulated for sealing roof joints, flashings and penetrations. Supplied in black and packaged for use with a standard caulking gun, this sealant bonds to common roofing substrates including metal, bitumen and PVC. The product is intended for weather-resistant repairs, maintenance and installation tasks where a durable, flexible seal is required.
The sealant offers strong adhesion to typical roofing materials and maintains flexibility to accommodate thermal movement and structural shifts. Its cartridge format enables controlled application with a caulking gun, reducing waste and simplifying on-roof work. The black color provides a discreet finish on dark roofing surfaces and flashings. The formulation is weather-resistant, providing long-lasting protection against rain and wind when applied on clean, compatible substrates.
Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free from loose material, oil or dust before application. Cut the cartridge nozzle to the required bead size and insert the cartridge into a standard caulking gun. Apply an even bead of sealant along the joint or penetration, maintaining firm, continuous pressure to ensure full contact with both substrate surfaces. Tool the sealant immediately if a smooth finish is required. Allow the sealant to cure according to ambient temperature and humidity conditions before exposing to water or mechanical stress.
For reliable performance, apply at recommended ambient and surface temperatures and on compatible, prepared substrates. Use a primer where specified by substrate manufacturer or under challenging conditions. Store cartridges upright in a cool, dry place and follow safety guidelines on solvent exposure and ventilation during application.
