Ring Shank Nails 3.1 x 90 mm RAWLPLUG for WW90II nailer, pack OP 2200, includes 2 summer gas cartridges
Ring shank nails RAWLPLUG 3.1 x 90 mm are engineered for use with the RAWLPLUG WW90II pneumatic gas nailer. Supplied in an OP 2200 pack format, the set is delivered with two summer gas cartridges for immediate operation in gas-powered modes. The ring shank profile increases withdrawal resistance compared with smooth shank nails, making these fasteners suitable for applications requiring durable holding power in timber and engineered wood assemblies.
The ring shank design provides enhanced grip in wood, reducing loosening over time under dynamic or load-bearing conditions. Nails are dimensioned to match the RAWLPLUG WW90II tool for consistent driving depth and reliable feed. Including two summer gas cartridges in the pack allows quick start-up and fewer interruptions on job sites that use gas-assisted nailing. The OP 2200 pack format supplies a large quantity appropriate for framing and repetitive fastening tasks.
Load the OP 2200 nail strip into the magazine of the RAWLPLUG WW90II according to the tool manufacturer’s instructions. Install a summer gas cartridge in the nailer following safety guidelines and the tool’s operating manual. Adjust driving depth and gas power settings on the WW90II as required for the timber species and thickness. Position the nailer perpendicular to the work surface and operate the tool in the recommended firing mode, maintaining secure support of the workpiece during nailing.
For best results, use these nails with dry, untreated or appropriately treated structural timber and set nailing parameters on the WW90II to avoid over-penetration. Store nails and gas cartridges in a cool, dry place. Select summer gas cartridges when ambient temperature is within the manufacturer’s recommended operating range to ensure consistent firing performance.
