Low-expansion PU Assembly Foam for PVC RAWLPLUG RPS-PVC-W 750 ml Winter, up to 45 L Yield, 12 pcs
RAWLPLUG low-expansion PU assembly foam for PVC (winter grade) is a polyurethane foam formulated for compatible adhesion to PVC surfaces and for controlled expansion during curing. Supplied in 750 ml cans, the product is intended for professional and trade use where sealing, insulating and filling joints and gaps around PVC windows, door frames and other PVC elements is required. Each can delivers up to 45 liters of cured foam volume under recommended application conditions. The pack contains 12 cans suitable for larger installations and repetitive tasks.
This low-expansion PU foam offers reduced expansion compared with standard foams, which helps to avoid excessive pressure on PVC frames and surrounding materials. The winter formulation supports application at lower ambient temperatures and maintains a stable curing profile in cool conditions. The 750 ml container size provides extended work time per can and the yield of up to 45 liters allows efficient coverage for sealing and insulating joints. The product is designed for professional use and for repetitive tasks where consistent performance is required.
The product is formulated specifically for PVC applications and low-expansion needs; it may not be the best choice where high-expansion foam is required to fill very large voids or to exert intentional pressure for structural fixation. It is not a finishing material and will generally require trimming and surface treatment after curing; additionally, it should not be used on surfaces that require a porous or vapor-permeable sealant.
Shake the can thoroughly before use and attach the recommended applicator. Apply to clean, dry and dust-free PVC surfaces, filling gaps partially to allow room for curing expansion. For best results, wet the substrate lightly with water where permitted to promote uniform cell formation and curing. After dispensing, allow the foam to cure according to ambient temperature and humidity; once fully cured, trim excess material and finish with appropriate sealant or cover. Follow manufacturer safety instructions for ventilation and personal protective equipment.
Use the product in well-ventilated areas, wear appropriate protective gloves and eye protection, and follow safe handling instructions. Store cans upright in recommended temperature ranges and rotate stock to use older cans first. For best sealing and insulation performance on PVC frames, apply foam in measured layers and allow full cure before trimming and final finishing.
