How to use

Select a single band or combine bands to achieve the desired resistance level and wrap or anchor the band according to the exercise. For assisted pull-ups, loop the band around a bar and place your foot or knee into the band to reduce load. For squats or presses, step on the band or loop it across shoulders or around handles to add accommodating resistance. Maintain controlled tempo, focus on full range of motion and breathe steadily.
