How to use

Point the Retlux RHT 100 at the target and activate the laser to take a distance measurement; use the device menu to switch between units (m/ft/in) and select the required measurement mode (distance, area, volume, two-point reference). For area or volume calculations, take the required sequence of measurements following on-screen prompts; use the add/subtract functions to combine or adjust values. Review recorded values on the display and recall entries from the internal memory of up to 30 measurements.

Usage recommendations

Use the device within the specified operating temperature range (0 to +40 °C) and ensure batteries are properly installed. Allow the instrument to auto-shutdown when idle to conserve battery life, and avoid pointing the laser at people or reflective surfaces to prevent eye exposure.
