How to use

Wait at least 20 minutes after drinking before performing a test and allow at least 3 minutes between repeated measurements. Press the power button and wait for the warm-up sequence, which takes about 10 seconds. When the device prompts, exhale steadily into the mouthpiece for a minimum of 4 seconds within a 10-second window. Read the measurement on the LCD display; the unit will automatically power off after roughly 10 seconds of inactivity.
