How to use

Place the massager on the desired body area and hold it in position using the side handles or belt. Switch the device on and select rotation direction and one of three speed levels. Enable the heating function if local warmth is required. Apply pressure by pressing the unit toward the area to increase massage intensity. The device will automatically switch off after 15 minutes; to continue, switch it on again following the same steps.

Usage recommendations

Use the Riff MNK-001 on bare skin or over thin clothing for best contact. Do not use on swollen, inflamed or broken skin, and avoid prolonged use on a single spot beyond the 15-minute auto-off interval.
