Primer-enamel RILAK PROTEKSOL-50 Black 0.9 L, combined primer and topcoat
RILAK PROTEKSOL-50 Black 0.9 L is a combined primer and topcoat formulated for maintenance and protective painting of metal and properly prepared surfaces. This primer-enamel delivers corrosion-inhibiting properties while creating a smooth, decorative black finish in a single application. It is suitable for use on metal structures, gates, radiators and machinery where both surface protection and an aesthetic coating are required.
The product combines priming and finishing functions, reducing the number of coats and overall application time. It provides corrosion protection and good adhesion to prepared metal substrates, while forming a wear-resistant decorative layer. The black enamel offers uniform coverage and surface leveling properties that help hide minor defects on treated surfaces.
Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free of rust, oil, grease and loose paint. Remove loose corrosion and old coatings by mechanical cleaning or sanding, and treat heavily corroded areas as needed. Stir the product thoroughly before use. Apply by brush, roller or spray in thin, even coats. Allow adequate drying time between coats as recommended by the manufacturer. For best results, apply under recommended temperature and humidity conditions and observe ventilation requirements during application and drying.
For long-lasting protection, prepare surfaces to a sound metallic finish and apply the primer-enamel in two thin coats rather than a single thick coat. When using on radiators or equipment, ensure compatibility with operating temperatures and allow full curing before returning equipment to service.
