Smart ring activity tracker RingConn Gen 2 Air IP68 Silver 10-day battery 2.5 g 6.8 mm width 2 mm thickness USB-C charging case
RingConn Gen 2 Air is a smart ring activity tracker designed for continuous 24/7 health and activity monitoring. The silver, round stainless-steel ring is ultra-light at 2.5 g and measures 6.8 mm in width with 2 mm thickness. It tracks heart rate (HR), heart rate variability (HRV), SpO2, respiration and movement, and combines these metrics into sleep, stress and activity scores. The ring is IP68 waterproof and pairs via Bluetooth with supported devices, while the included USB-C charging case provides up to 10 days of battery life per charge.
The ring provides continuous, multi-dimensional health monitoring including precise sleep stage detection (REM and deep sleep), HRV-based Stress Score, and periodic SpO2 measurements. Lightweight and comfortable for all-day wear, it collects data every 2.5 minutes to build personal health timelines and AI-driven insights. Water resistance (IP68) and a long battery life (up to 10 days) reduce interruptions to daily use.
Wear the ring on a finger that fits snugly but comfortably; it should remain in contact with the skin for accurate readings. Pair the ring to your smartphone via Bluetooth and install the RingConn app to view continuous health metrics, sleep reports and AI-generated insights. Charge the ring in the supplied USB-C case when the app indicates low battery; a full charge provides up to 10 days of use depending on tracking intensity.
For best results, wear the ring continuously, including during sleep and workouts, and keep the charging case accessible so the ring is recharged before battery levels are critically low. Clean the ring regularly and ensure the app has required permissions for continuous background monitoring.
