Rittal SV 9666.753 steel mounting profile set, silver, pack of 2
Rittal SV 9666.753 steel mounting profile set, silver, pack of 2 is a pair of robust steel profiles designed for installation in electrical enclosures, control cabinets and rack systems. Supplied as two matching mounting rails with a corrosion-resistant silver finish, these profiles provide rigid support and defined mounting points for electrical and electronic components, DIN-rail adaptors, and accessories commonly used in industrial cabinet assembly and server rack installations.
The steel construction delivers mechanical strength and long-term dimensional stability under load. The silver finish provides basic corrosion resistance and a consistent appearance inside enclosures. Supplied as a set of two, the profiles simplify matching and alignment during cabinet assembly and reduce the need to source individual rails separately.
These profiles are intended to provide mounting points and structural support; they are not load-bearing elements for building structures or heavy mechanical frames without additional engineering assessment. If corrosion resistance beyond a standard silver finish is required (for example in highly corrosive or outdoor environments), stainless steel or specially coated profiles may be more appropriate.
Install the profiles vertically or horizontally inside the enclosure according to the enclosure manufacturer’s guidance and mounting pattern. Align the pair to the required spacing for equipment mounting and secure them using appropriate fasteners compatible with the enclosure frame. Use the profiles as a base for fitting DIN-rail adaptors, component brackets or other accessories, and verify mounting stability and clearances before energizing electrical equipment.
For reliable installation, pre-check enclosure hole patterns and use recommended fastening hardware. In environments with elevated humidity or chemical exposure, consider alternative materials or protective coatings. Ensure proper grounding of mounted components where required by local electrical standards.
