The ROCKET HR3-850-R2U is a rechargeable AAA battery based on Nickel-Metal Hydride (NiMH) technology. Supplied in blister packaging, this 1.2 V battery comes as a set of four and is designed for repeated use in a variety of household devices. The cells are ready to use straight from the package, feature low self-discharge and are specified to withstand up to 1000 charge–discharge cycles without memory effect.
Ready-to-use NiMH chemistry allows immediate installation in devices. The battery retains at least 70% of its nominal capacity after 12 months from charge, enabling long-term storage without frequent recharging. It is rated for up to 1000 cycles, offering extended service life compared with single-use cells. These batteries are compatible with standard chargers that support NiMH cells.
Install the batteries into the device matching the polarity markings. These ROCKET NiMH AAA cells are supplied precharged and can be used immediately. When recharging is required, place the batteries in a charger compatible with NiMH cells and follow the charger manufacturer’s instructions. Do not mix old and new batteries or batteries of different chemistries in the same device. For best results, allow the charger to complete its full charge cycle before removing the cells.
Store charged batteries in a cool, dry place and avoid prolonged exposure to high temperatures. For long-term storage, check charge state periodically and recharge when capacity drops below recommended levels. Use a charger designed for NiMH cells and observe safety instructions provided by the charger and device manufacturers.
