Screwdriver Bit TORX T25 x 30 mm, Rockforce RF-1263025, 1/4" drive
Rockforce TORX screwdriver bit T25 with a 30 mm working length and 1/4" hex drive is designed for fastening and removing TORX T25 fasteners in assembly, maintenance and repair tasks. The bit fits standard 1/4" bit holders, ratchets and power drivers and provides the TORX T25 head geometry for positive engagement with compatible fasteners. Its compact length allows access into moderate recesses while remaining compatible with commonly used tool holders.
The TORX T25 profile provides improved torque transfer and reduced cam-out compared with conventional slotted or Phillips tips. The 30 mm working length balances reach and control for a range of applications. A standardized 1/4" hex drive ensures compatibility with a wide variety of manual and powered drivers, enabling quick bit changes and secure mounting. The single-piece bit design offers consistent fit to TORX fasteners and straightforward handling during repetitive tasks.
Insert the 1/4" hex shank of the TORX T25 bit into a compatible bit holder, ratchet or power driver until it seats securely. Align the TORX T25 tip with the corresponding fastener and apply steady axial pressure while turning the tool to fasten or remove the screw. For powered drivers, use controlled speed and torque settings appropriate for the fastener material to avoid stripping. Inspect the tip before use and replace the bit if wear prevents secure engagement.
Use the bit with properly sized TORX T25 fasteners and matched tools. Avoid excessive side load and overtightening to prolong bit life. Store bits in a dry, organized holder to prevent damage and corrosion.
