XLR audio cable by RØDE, model XLR3M-P — 3 m, XLR male to XLR female, pink
The RØDE XLR audio cable XLR3M-P is a 3 m balanced analog cable with an XLR male connector on one end and an XLR female connector on the other. It is designed for connecting microphones to mixers, preamps, audio interfaces and other professional audio equipment. The pink jacket makes it easy to identify channels on stage or in the studio and matches colour-coded inputs on compatible devices.
This cable uses professional-grade Canare™ conductors and Neutrik® connectors to provide extremely low-noise signal transmission and reliable contact. It is manufactured to tight tolerances with robust connector bodies and strain-relief sleeves for long-term durability and consistent performance in live and studio environments.
This XLR cable is intended for balanced analog audio connections; it does not provide digital conversion, wireless transmission or phantom power generation. For very long cable runs beyond 3 m you may prefer a longer length to avoid additional adapters or extensions.
Insert the XLR male connector into the microphone input of a mixer, preamp or interface and connect the XLR female end to the microphone or vice versa depending on your setup. Ensure connectors are fully seated and latched where applicable. Route the cable to minimise stress on connectors and avoid running parallel to power cables to reduce potential interference.
For best results use the RØDE XLR3M-P for short to medium balanced microphone runs in studio and live environments; inspect connectors periodically and avoid sharp bends at the strain relief to maintain signal integrity.
