The RØDECaster Duo is a compact, two-channel USB audio interface and all-in-one production console designed for podcasting, streaming and location recording. In a white finish, it combines two Neutrik® combo inputs and ultra-low-noise Revolution Preamps™ with studio-grade APHEX® processing, dual USB-C ports, Bluetooth and an integrated wireless receiver to simplify capture, monitoring and routing for small studios and remote interviews.

How to use

Connect microphones or instruments to the Neutrik® combo inputs and plug headsets into the 3.5 mm TRRS jack for monitoring. Use the physical and virtual faders to balance levels across the seven assignable channels and assign effects or clips to the SMART pads for one-touch triggering. Connect one or two computers or mobile devices via the USB-C ports and pair a phone via Bluetooth when integrating calls. Configure wireless RØDE Series IV transmitters to the integrated receiver if using RØDE wireless microphones.

Usage recommendations

For best results, use low-impedance, broadcast-quality microphones and set preamp gain to achieve strong signal without clipping. Monitor levels on headphones while adjusting faders and apply APHEX® processing or on-board effects sparingly to preserve natural voice character. When recording remote interviews, prefer the dual USB-C setup to keep local and remote sources separate for easier post-production.
