19-inch freestanding server rack ROLINE Pro 26U, 600x1000 mm WxD, 1000 kg capacity, IP20, grey
ROLINE 19-inch freestanding server rack Pro 26U with internal dimensions 600 x 1000 mm (W x D) provides 26U of mounting space for standard 19" network and server equipment. The cabinet is a robust steel enclosure with a maximum static load capacity of 1000 kg and IP20 protection class. Finished in grey (RAL 7035) and weighing approximately 82 kg, the rack is designed for data centres, server rooms and telecom applications where stable, grounded mounting and good airflow are required.
The ROLINE Pro 26U rack combines a sturdy steel construction with practical features for cabling and cooling. Perforated single-leaf front and double-leaf rear doors with swivel handles and profile half cylinders improve air circulation while maintaining security. The roof includes a perforated cover that supports fan module installation, and multiple inlet options with brushes and foam seals at the roof and base provide organised cable entry and dust protection. Two pairs of galvanised 19" profile rails are height-marked in both directions, depth-adjustable and reinforced with depth braces for reliable mounting of heavy equipment.
Place the freestanding rack on a level surface and adjust the feet to ensure stable, vibration-free positioning. Assemble or remove doors and side panels as required to access the interior; the construction allows disassembly when necessary. Mount 19" equipment on the galvanised profile rails, adjusting rail depth to suit device depth and using the height markings for correct unit placement. Route cables through the roof and base inlets with brushes or the slide-on inlet with foam seal to keep cabling organised and reduce dust ingress. If additional airflow is required, install compatible fan modules into the perforated roof cover and ensure unobstructed front-to-rear airflow through the perforated doors.
For safe and long-lasting operation, distribute weight evenly across the rails and avoid concentrating heavy components at the top of the cabinet. Secure heavy devices with appropriate mounting hardware and check that the floor can support the combined weight. Use the brush and foam-sealed inlets for main cable entry points and maintain free airflow paths by leaving space between mounted devices where possible.
