How to use

Fill the fryer with oil up to the recommended level, insert the heating element and set the thermostat to the desired temperature. Allow the oil to reach the selected temperature before carefully placing food into the basket. Use the lid during frying to reduce splattering and to collect condensation; periodically drain condensed water from the detachable basin. After frying, switch off and unplug the appliance, let the oil cool before removing the heating element and emptying the oil if required.
