Filament ROSA3D Refill PLA-CF Matt Home Decor 1.75 mm 1 kg — Olive Green
ROSA3D Refill PLA-CF Matt Home Decor 1.75 mm 1 kg — Olive Green is a carbon-fibre‑reinforced PLA composite filament in a matte olive green finish for desktop FDM 3D printers. The filament combines standard PLA printability with added stiffness and a textured surface from short carbon fibres, making it suitable for decorative home items, small functional parts and prototypes that benefit from improved dimensional stability and a refined matt appearance.
The composite structure increases rigidity and reduces part flex compared with standard PLA while retaining low-warp behaviour and compatibility with typical PLA print parameters. The matt surface produced by the carbon fibres creates a subdued, textured look that reduces visible layer reflections and enhances finished appearance for home decor objects. The 1.75 mm diameter and 1 kg spool format are compatible with most consumer and prosumer FDM printers that accept carbon-filled filaments.
Print this PLA-CF with standard PLA temperature ranges as a starting point, then adjust nozzle and bed temperatures to optimise layer adhesion and surface finish for your specific printer. Use hardened or abrasion-resistant nozzles to avoid accelerated wear caused by carbon fibres. Ensure proper filament drying if the spool has been exposed to humid conditions before printing to reduce stringing and layer adhesion issues. Follow normal bed adhesion methods such as a heated bed or adhesion aids when required.
Use moderate print speeds and increased retraction settings to balance surface quality and extrusion consistency. For parts that require maximum strength, consider increasing wall count and infill density rather than relying solely on higher extrusion temperatures. Store the filament in a dry environment, preferably sealed with desiccant, to preserve printability.
