Mobile head cutter for renovations and light works. The RUBI DU-EVO electric mobile head cutters are designed for renovation and light tasks and are suitable for general ceramic tile cutting. These cutters are intended for professional cutting of enameled tile (BIII) and stoneware (BIIa) and for occasional cutting of porcelain stoneware (BIa). The DU-EVO is driven by a 1.1 HP (0.8 kW) direct-drive motor with thermal protection and includes a continuous rim 200 mm CEV-SUPERPRO diamond blade for general ceramic cutting.

Advantages

The DU-EVO head slides on four bearings and folds to 45° for mitre cuts; the bi-material handle improves ergonomic comfort. The machine features the RUBI C3 SYSTEM to regulate cooling and disk cleaning, improving diamond blade performance. How to use

Place the DU-EVO on a stable surface and unfold the legs to reach the 90 cm working height if needed. Fill the removable 8-litre tank and adjust the water pump flow according to the tile material using the flow control valve. Select the required angle (0°–45°) with the adjustable lateral stop and, when necessary, fold the head to 45° for mitre cuts. Turn on the motor and allow the blade to reach operating speed before feeding the tile steadily and without excessive force. Use the RUBI C3 SYSTEM to regulate disk cooling and cleaning during cutting. After use, switch off the machine, disconnect power, drain and clean the tank, and fold legs and head for transport or storage.
