Stationary tile saw RUBI DC-250 PYTHON 2790 RPM

The RUBI DC-250 PYTHON is a stationary tile saw designed for professional tile cutting tasks. It features a high-precision mobile head, a sliding motor assembly and an idle speed of 2790 RPM. Available in two models (850 and 1200) with maximum cutting lengths of 98 cm and 121 cm, it supports intensive cutting of tiles and glazed stoneware, cutting of porcelain stoneware and occasional cutting of natural stone. The saw includes removable aluminium tables, folding legs with wheels for mobility, an adjustable cooling system and the patented ZERO DUST system certified by TNO for reduced respirable dust exposure.

Advantages

The sliding motor assembly ensures high precision and improved cutting quality, while the 1.5 CV motor with thermal protector provides the power needed for porcelain stoneware. The C3 PYTHON adjustable cooling system directs water to the cutting point to increase cooling efficiency and reduce dispersion. The integrated adjustable square up to 60º facilitates angular cuts in large-format pieces.

How to use

Place the machine on a stable, level surface and unfold the legs until locked; use the built-in wheels to position the cutter. Fit the correct diamond disc if necessary and verify the blade protector is properly installed. Adjust the removable aluminium tables for the size of the tile and set the C3 PYTHON cooling system so water reaches the cutting point according to material thickness. Turn on the motor, let it reach idle speed (2790 RPM) and advance the sliding motor assembly steadily to make the cut. For angular or miter cuts, set the adjustable square up to the required angle (maximum 60º). After use, stop the motor, allow the blade to stop completely, drain and clean removable tables and components for maintenance.

Usage recommendations

Use the ZERO DUST system and appropriate personal protective equipment. For prolonged cutting sessions follow TNO exposure guidance: up to 3 hours continuous cutting for tiles and up to 1 hour for natural stone. Ensure the cooling water is adjusted to the material thickness to prevent overheating and prolong blade life.
