Multifunctional and handy, the Disc sander Scheppach BTS800 is a combination belt and disc sander powered by a 370 W induction motor. Designed for precision sanding in woodworking and light metalworking, the BTS800 features a robust cast-iron base, adjustable sanding table and configurable belt unit to deliver consistent, quiet performance and efficient material removal.

Advantages

The induction motor delivers powerful, quiet and dependable performance for extended use. The belt sander unit can be adjusted by 90° from vertical to horizontal position, allowing flexible working orientations. The sanding table swings through 45° and can be used variably for belt and disc sanding to accommodate angled work. A cast-iron base keeps the sander stable during operation so you can apply the required pressure and achieve consistent results. Sanding discs attach quickly and securely using the Velcro fastening system.

How to use

Secure the machine on a stable workbench and connect to the correct mains supply (230–240 V, 50 Hz). Fit the appropriate sanding disc with the Velcro system or set the belt unit orientation (vertical or horizontal) depending on the task.
