This signaling bulb offers excellent compatibility with standard industrial equipment thanks to its universal BA15D base. The cylindrical design allows for easy installation in tight spaces within control cabinets. Operating at a standard 230V, it integrates seamlessly into existing electrical infrastructure without the need for complex voltage conversion. To install the bulb, ensure the power supply to the signaling device is completely disconnected to prevent electrical hazards. Carefully remove the existing bulb from the BA15D socket by pushing it in slightly and rotating it counter-clockwise. Insert the new Schneider Electric DL1BLM bulb into the socket, align the pins, push down, and rotate clockwise until it is securely locked in place. Restore power and verify the visual signal is functioning correctly.
For optimal longevity and performance, avoid touching the glass surface of the bulb with bare hands during installation, as skin oils can cause hot spots and reduce the lifespan of the incandescent filament.
