Floor scrubber Schuller Cleanstar S/7" by Schuller — compact electric model

Schuller Cleanstar S/7" is a compact electric floor scrubber designed for mechanical cleaning of hard floors in small commercial and residential spaces. The device integrates scrubbing, detergent application and water recovery in a single unit to support efficient wet cleaning and routine surface maintenance. Its compact footprint and straightforward controls make it suitable for corridors, small shops, offices and other confined areas where reliable, periodic floor care is required.

Advantages

The compact design reduces storage space requirements while allowing access to narrow passages and under furniture. Combined scrubbing and suction functions shorten cleaning cycles by applying cleaning solution, agitating the surface and recovering used water in one pass. Electric drive provides consistent brush speed and water flow for repeatable results. Simple controls and a lightweight build simplify operation and routine handling, lowering training needs for cleaning staff.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Daily maintenance of hard floors in small retail shops
• Cleaning corridors, lobbies and office spaces
• Surface care in small hospitality areas or break rooms
• Periodic deep cleaning of tiles, sealed concrete and resilient floors

Key specifications

• Type: Compact electric floor scrubber combining scrubbing and water recovery
• Application: Hard floor surfaces including tiles, sealed concrete and resilient flooring
• Operation: One-pass scrubbing with simultaneous solution application and suction recovery
• Design: Small footprint for maneuvering in narrow spaces and storage in limited areas
• Controls: User-oriented interface for simple start/stop and adjustment of cleaning parameters
• Portability: Lightweight construction to aid transport and handling between areas

How to use

Prepare the area by removing loose debris and obstacles. Fill the solution tank with an appropriate floor cleaning detergent diluted according to the detergent manufacturer’s instructions. Position the scrubber, power it on and adjust the cleaning settings to match the floor type. Move the machine at a steady pace so the scrubber brushes agitate the surface and the recovery system collects the spent solution. After the area is cleaned, empty and rinse the recovery tank and clean the brushes and squeegees to prevent residue build-up. Store the machine in a dry place with components dried.

Usage recommendations

Use cleaning agents compatible with the floor material and the scrubber’s components; avoid highly acidic or undiluted solvents. Regularly inspect brushes and squeegees for wear and replace them when performance declines. For best results on heavily soiled floors, perform a preliminary sweep and consider a two-pass approach: initial scrubbing with a higher solution concentration followed by a low-residue rinse pass.
