Segafredo Selezione Crema provides even extraction and a stable crema layer thanks to a carefully calibrated roast and bean selection. The 1 kg format reduces the need for frequent repurchase and helps maintain workflow in busy environments. The blend’s flavor balance—mild bitterness, rounded body and subtle chocolate and nut hints—makes it versatile across brewing methods while preserving consistent aroma and mouthfeel.
Grind beans just before brewing to preserve aroma; for espresso use a fine grind and 7–9 g per shot, adjusting dose and tamping to taste.
