How to use

Place the cuff on the upper arm according to the cuff instructions, ensuring it is positioned approximately at heart level and fits snugly without being too tight. Start the device and follow the on-screen prompts to select user memory if needed, then initiate the automatic measurement. Remain seated and still during measurement and avoid talking. After the measurement completes, read the systolic and diastolic pressure values and the heart rate on the LCD display. Store results in user memory as required.

Recommendations

Measure at consistent times each day for reliable trend tracking, preferably while seated and rested for at least five minutes.
