The Sencor SFD 6600BK food dehydrator combines a 500 W motor, an LCD display and a compact design (345 x 310 x 450 mm) to provide a versatile appliance for drying fruits, vegetables, herbs, meat and other foods at home. Tray dimensions of 330 x 300 mm and a set of 12 heat-resistant trays give a large total dehydration surface area for batch processing. How to use

Prepare food by slicing items evenly to ensure consistent drying times, then arrange slices in a single layer on the trays without overlap. Set the desired preset program or manually select temperature (35–75 °C) and drying time on the LCD panel, then start the dehydrator. The unit uses horizontal airflow to dry all trays uniformly; the timer will count down and the appliance will switch off automatically when the selected time elapses. For items with different thicknesses or moisture levels, check progress near the end of the cycle and extend drying time if needed.

Usage recommendations

For best results, cut food into uniform pieces, dry similar items together on separate trays, and avoid overcrowding. Use lower temperatures (35–50 °C) for RAW or delicate herbs and flowers, medium temperatures (50–60 °C) for fruits and vegetables, and higher temperatures (60–75 °C) for meat jerky.
